If you use AkashChat without an account:

- •Anonymous Users: No marketing consent required, but limited to local storage and rate-limited access

Anonymous Usage

Data Retention
Automatic Retention
- •Session tokens expire after 10 minutes of inactivity (configurable)
- •Private chats are deleted immediately when you close the application
- •Management tokens are cached for 23 hours maximum
User-Controlled Retention
- •Your account data persists until you choose to delete it
- •You can selectively delete individual chats or your entire chat history
- •Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems

Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to or intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to AkashChat through the services, please contact us through the channels provided on akash.network. We will investigate any report and, if appropriate, delete the personal information from our systems. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent to use our services.
